My form won't show up on my Wordpress site! What's happening?

Wordpress and the Salesforce App work great together out of the box. However, there may be some Wordpress plugins enabled on your site that could be interfering with the Salesforce App. Here is a list of some of the Wordpress plugins known to cause issues with Formstack's Salesforce Application:

To get around these issues, we recommend one of the following two approaches:

  1. Disable the plugin on the page where your form will be placed. The way to do this varies from plugin to plugin; we recommend consulting the plugin documentation on how to do so.
  2.  Check the 'Use Iframe' option for your embed code. This will provide an embed code that will be isolated in a separate frame, preventing the conflict with your existing plugins.
